from back pain to a mouth full of ulcers

as i type this, i am finding it difficult to move my mouth in the slightest...the reason being that there are 4 huge ulcers in my mouth. I could barely eat my lunch, every bite was torture; even drinking water is a chore. Compounded with my back pain, i'm not feeling too good right now.
